SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries
The price of delivery will be included in the final checkout amount.

We ship worldwide using first class Royal Mail services or a courier service.

We offer Free standard delivery for UK addresses.

United Kingdom and N. Ireland                   Free
Republic of Ireland                                          £5.95 per delivery address
Europe                                                                     £7.95 per delivery address
Other International Destinations                £14.95 per delivery address

Please note that a signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries and a card will be left to rearrange delivery if there is no one at home.

Republic of Ireland deliveries will require a daytime telephone number, so please make sure to provide this when placing your order.

We can on occassion give Royal Mail and the courier services we use special delivery instructions from our customer, for eg., ‘please leave order with neighbour if not in’, etc.

However, we cannot guarantee that they will carry out the instructions and accept no responsility if they do not.  We will simply pass on any special delivery information from our customer to the delivery company.

International Deliveries

All international orders are sent using first class Royal Mail services or a courier service and a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your package.

A card will be left to rearrange delivery if no one is at home.

Please be advised that you may be responsible for any additional delivery charges, import duties and taxes that may be incurred and customers are advised to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days and aim to have your order delivered to you within 10 working days.

However orders are usually received more promptly than this.

Delivery to more remote areas of the UK and the Republic of Ireland and international deliveries may take slightly longer.

There may be a slight delay on delivery times at busy trading times during the year however, if we foresee any delays, we will alert you to the problem.

For any items out of stock, we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery and check that the item is still required.

If you need an item by a specific date, please inform us and we will endeavour to get it to you in good time.
